Meetings

Membership Meetings will generally be held on the 2nd Monday of each month during the school year. They will be at 6:00 PM in the Library at Pinewood. We also plan on having the meetings virtually. We will include instructions and links on this page. 

Our meetings are the heart of our organization. As your elected PTC board, we represent our members’ interests and ensure we are effectively supporting our school. These gatherings provide a platform for you to voice your opinions on how our resources are utilized. While we maintain formality when necessary—such as during votes on budgets or bylaws—we are committed to keeping our meetings relaxed, welcoming, and fun.

We will post agendas, meeting minutes, treasurer reports, and other relevant documentation below as they become available throughout the school year.
